Nutricost has picked up to 80K buildings and we are again doing their interior build-outs. The build out includes clean rooms, washrooms, production, office and breakrooms.

Teton Sports is a 16K SF Tilt-up addition to an existing Tilt-up warehouse. Fincon is the concrete contractor for the building and the site. The tilt up concrete is being erected.
Redbridge is located in Payson off of American Way. Fincon is building the shell in partnership with Knight West Construction who is handling the earthwork and interior buildout. These are the spot footings. The building is going to be a concrete tilt-up warehouse.
Orem Technology Campus is located just South the 1600 N Exit West of I-15. Fincon has worked on all the buildings in the campus and the latest is the slab for building 7 which is pictured here. This shows the control joints cut in the slab. This is a concrete tilt-up building.
Fincon just coordinated with the structural steel sub in the erection of the structural steel. The building is a 40,000 SF concrete tilt-up building and the panels are 45,000 SF.Â

Cirque Studios just asked to add more architectural concrete retaining walls. Owner has asked that many of the retaining walls have a curve. This is a challenge to form, but can be done.
Fincon is starting the Skyview Glass HQ project which is a 20,000 square foot tilt-up in Springville, UT.
Fincon starts work on Orem Technology Center Phase 3 which consists of two buildings; Building Six and Building Seven. Building Six is a 136,100 square foot tilt-up building and Building Seven is a 89,423 square foot tilt-up.
Fincon has been awarded the Bryte Building which is a 40,000 square foot building in Springville, UT.
East Lake Lot 5 has all panels erected on both buildings.
Amelia Earhart is a 90,000 square foot tilt-up in Salt Lake City, UT. Currently, we are erecting the steel and are nearly finished erecting the joists and girders.
